Refunds and Credits
Talk Down Under Pty Ltd will only refund or credit accounts if bank error or billing error occurs.
Once you have accepted the terms and conditions of Talk Down Under you will waive the right to receive a refund or credit from your account.
If you cancel your service after you have ordered but before you arrive, you will still be charged for the first months minimum spend.
If you cancel your service during the month you will still be charged the minimum spend for that month.
