Lost / Stolen and Faulty

Talk Down Under needs to be notified as soon as possible if your handset has been lost or stolen. Contact us either by contacting Customer Service during normal business hours on Free Call 1300 665 437 or email info@talkdownunder.com with your name, when the handset was lost/stolen, which handset you had purchased from Talk Down Under and an Australian address where you would like a replacement sim and/or handset to be delivered to.

We will then bar your number so no calls can be made. Talk Down Under take no responsibility for calls made during the period your handset has been lost/stolen. A charge for a new sim card and handset will be charged to your next invoice.

Please notify Talk Down Under if you are having problems with your handset. If Talk Down Under believe the handset is faulty we will replace the handset free of charge and a reply paid satchel will be sent for the return of the faulty handset.

All faulty handsets will be sent back to the manufacturer for testing. If the handset is found not to be faulty, you will be charged for the price of the replacement handset.
